Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has wonderful views and keeps the rooms really clean, but it's very dated with a noisy fridge. The floors were not well-maintained, and the breakfast was disappointing. Not being able to pay at the hotel was also a downside for me.
The hotel is in a lovely area with enchanting views to Teide, but some room conditions were poor. The service was very nice and accommodating, although the dining experience had limited options. The location is great for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. Overall, a mixed experience with beautiful views but some room maintenance issues.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were what we expected with nice balcony views, the poor condition, noise from the swimming pool at night, lack of air conditioning, and presence of ants made the stay less enjoyable. The dated facilities and disappointing breakfast added to the overall regret. Additionally, the unexpected pre-payment situation was a letdown.
